This article first urban land use and transport development has been reviewed and summed up; then using deductive method of urban land use and transport system and the interactions between the evolution to analyze, many ills that exist between them have been pointed out; For the characteristics of China’s urban from the qualitative point of view of urban land use and transportation system coordination and integration strategy for the sustainable development of transport modes; On this basis, the equilibrium theory based on the joint development of an integrated model, to establish land-use based elastic traffic equilibrium model, from the quantitative point of view of land-use modes of transport mode choice as well as the transportation system capacity under the conditions of land-use patterns, such as how to fix the problem; and for all types of urban land-use patterns, given the established land use modes of transport mode with the combination of ideas; Finally, the papers have selected for the main urban areas in Chongqing Municipality (within the inner ring of high-speed) land use and transport system for the study of the method and system sets the feasibility, practicality, reasonableness validated.

本文首先对城市土地利用与交通的发展和现状进行回顾和总结;接着运用演绎法对城市土地利用与交通系统的演变及其互动关系进行分析,指出两者存在的众多弊病;针对我国城市的特点,从定性的角度研究了城市土地利用与交通系统的协调策略并提出一体化的可持续发展交通模式;在此基础上,提出基于均衡理论的一体化协同发展模式,建立以土地利用为基础的弹性交通均衡模型,从定量的角度研究了土地利用模式下交通模式的选择以及交通系统容量限制条件下土地利用模式如何修正等问题;并针对我国城市各类土地利用模式,给出了既定土地利用模式下交通模式与之结合的思路;最后,论文选取了重庆市主城区(内环高速以内)土地利用与交通系统作为研究对象,对该套方法和体系的可行性、实用性、合理性进行了验证。
